Creative visiting the London International Boatshow

Would you like to meet for a chat about Spirit of the Sea at the London International Boatshow

The plans for the ’09 Spirit of the Sea – Maritime Festival’ are now well underway with around 17 confirmed events and a further 25 in the advanced planning stage, so it looks like ‘Spirit’ is destined to provide the 2012 legacy that we are all hoping for.

Please check out the Chairmans 08 event review at www.spiritofthesea.org.uk and click on ‘media centre’ which proves that the inaugural event was a great success in which ever way you might want to measure it, some of the headline figures are as follows;

33 events took place at 22 venues
Approximately 35,000 additional visitors to Weymouth & Portland
Estimated additional income of £1.435m for the borough
Combined sales of around £0.5m at MarineEx and Dorset Seafood Festival alone
PR exposure estimated at a potential audience of 33 million through TV, Radio, Newspaper and Magazine coverage
10,500 visits to website with over 37,000 page views

I will be attending the London International Boat Show www.londonboatshow.com over both weekends and will be available if anyone would like to have a chat about how to get involved in Spirit of the Sea 09 – please give me a call on my mobile and I will pop along to your stand.

You could also call by the Weymouth & Portland Stand N69J at the eastern end of the northern hall for more information.

See you there
